Busting the most popular myths and "tricks" that waste your time.
Much of what I see and find on how to make French macarons makes me want to go rant in the pantry. Here are what I find to be the most popular nuggets of lousy advice from prominent publishers.
Three Offenders
Macarons require more technical skill and knowledge than American cookies or Ted Lasso’s shortbread. Knowing this will allow you to give yourself grace in the learning process. And avoid worrying about the most widely circulated, less-than-helpful advice below.
